Conference Sponsorship

The Georgia Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (GaRID) is pleased to announce our 2009 Annual Conference that will be held November 6-8, 2009 at the Marriott Evergreen in Stone Mountain, Georgia. This year’s event, entitled “GaRID Conference: Professional Growth, Personal Renewal”, marks our organization’s tenacious commitment to service, quality and community involvement.

GaRID, as the local affiliate of the national Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), strives to provide a model of excellence within the interpreting community. Our annual conference represents the opportunity for all Georgia Interpreters to come together as individuals wishing to have an impact on the face and future of the profession. With presenters from across the nation and the largest number of attendees in GaRID’s history, this year’s conference will surely set a new standard for interpreting organizations in the Southeast.

Through sponsorship, we are asking for your assistance with this event. We recognize that your organization values quality, and is committed to the provision of superior service and total inclusion for all individuals within our community.

Sponsorship is available at the following levels; however, your contribution in any amount will be greatly appreciated.

Platinum - $1000 and up

                       Full-page advertisement in the conference program, full screen recognition during a
                       conference video presentation; advertisement for one year in the “GaRID Faces”
                       newsletter, exhibit space and donor name will appear among the platinum list of
                       sponsors on the GaRID website.

Gold - $500 - $999

                       Half-page advertisement in the conference program; half-screen recognition during
                       a video presentation; advertisement in two issues of the “GaRID Faces”
                       newsletter; and, donor name will appear among the gold list of sponsors on the
                       GaRID website.

Silver - $200 - $499

                       Quarter-page advertisement in the conference program; quarter-screen recognition
                       during a video presentation; and, donor name will appear in the silver list of
                       sponsors on the GaRID website.

Bronze - $199 and under

Donor name will be listed in the conference program, listed during a conference
video presentation, and listed on the GaRID website.

The Georgia Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, and you will be provided with the proper documentation of your donation should you choose to take advantage of the corresponding tax deduction.
